PHOTOGRAPHY by GEORGE inc. was started in 1964 by Jim and Ruth George, then in 1978 Larry George started full time at the studio after 7 years as a news photographer with the Hearld-Star.

Larry received his Master of Photography degree from the Professional Photographers of America in 1991 and has received numerous awards regionally and nationally over the years. He has had 3 of his portraits published in the PPA Loan Collection book, 3 of his portraits have been displayed at Epcot Center in Florida, and has a portrait on permanent loan at the Sherman Hines Museum of Photography in Nova Scotia, Canada.
